How is a Prepkits kit different from a traditional first-aid kit?
Traditional First-Aid kits:
Bulky, plastic, comes with bandages that don't work, plastic tweezers, no tools, no outdoor ingredients.
Prepkits:
Durable and practical 1000D nylon bag with compartments, high quality bandages, metal tweezers, tools, fire starters, survival gear, outdoor ingredients.
Where do your first-aid kits ship from?
We are based in the United States and maintain locations in Delaware, North Carolina, and Washington. Our primary warehouse is in North Carolina.
Can I bring your first-aid kits on an airplane?
Some ingredients in our kits may not be TSA compliant. In the United States, you are not allowed to bring matches or flammable material on a plane (including carry-on bags and checked bags). The TSA also prohibits knives on airplanes.

How big is The Weekender?
The Weekender bag is a standard tactical IFAK enclosure measuring 8.2 inches (21cm) tall, 5.91 inches (15cm) wide and 4.3 inches (11cm) thick.
Is The Weekender waterproof?
The Weekender is made with 1000D Nylon fabric. This fabric is water resistant and will stand up to surface water but it is not designed to be submerged.
What is 1000D Nylon?
1000 Denier (D) Nylon is created using high tenacity nylon yarn. 1000D Nylon is extremely tough with excellent resistance to fading, abrasion, rot, and mildew. This fabric is water resistant and dries quickly.
How often should I replace items in my first-aid kit?
1) You should typically replace general items as they are used so that your kit is always ready to lend a helping hand.
2) Some items in your kit, specifically the medications and ointments, expire after some time. You will want to replace these items to keep them fresh before they expire. Head on over to our handy Refills page and we'll be happy to assist.
What's your Return Policy?
We offer a standard 30 day return policy for unopened items. Please see the Policies page for more details.
Do you offer bulk discounts for group purchases?

Can I get a replacement for a lost/broken item in the kit?
